The shipyard is located on the investor´s land in the city district of Karlova Ves nearby the Družba dormitory. The land is bordered to the south by a Danube river branch. In the shipyard, the 1st lower deck provides space allowing to store 150-200 boats. The entrance 1st upper-deck accommodates a 50-seat café and a restaurant with a necessary backup space to prepare about 100 meals. Hotel rooms for 26 lodgers are located on the 1st and 2nd upper desks. The 2nd upper deck embraces space to hold working negotiation for 20-25 people with a kitchnette.
